Position: Property Investment Consultant
Location: London
Responsibilities:
Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential investment opportunities and trends.
Property Evaluation: Evaluate and analyse properties to determine their investment potential, considering factors such as location, market demand, and potential for appreciation.
Financial Modelling: Develop detailed financial models to assess the feasibility and profitability of investment opportunities.
Client Education: Educate clients on the intricacies of property investment, providing them with a clear understanding of the risks and rewards associated with various opportunities.
Portfolio Management: Assist clients in building and managing their property investment portfolios, offering guidance on diversification and risk management.
Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals, property developers, and other key stakeholders to stay abreast of market trends and opportunities.
Documentation: Prepare and present investment proposals, reservation agreements, and other relevant documentation to clients.
Qualifications: 2:1 Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Property Investment Consultant or a similar role in the real estate industry.
